Starting weight

Have just had birthday cake to celebrate Stephanie's birthday and it reminded me of my first weigh in this morning. I tried to wait until the morning when you are supposed to weigh the least so that it wasn't too much of a suprise. Unfortunately it did little to ease the pain as the scales shot up to 80.8 kg which is 12st 11lb in old money. I will put up my training plan in the coming weeks which as a nerd I have converted into a spreadsheet. It now shows training plans for 10km, half and full marathons and I will send it to you if you are interested.
